Hello Jacob and everybody here at Stella Culinary!
Let me introduce myself: I'm 25, a student, and live in Switzerland (small country in Europe). I had a kind of love-hate history with food. Being overweight, I was always taught to avoid certain foods, count calories etc. But this led only to a lot of stress and to no success. So one day I decided to eat what I want, how much I want and when I want, but to really enjoy and taste my food. Since then I actually lost some weight, but more importantly found a love and and curiosity for good food and cooking.
Around Christmas I discovered the Free Culinary School. I loved the fact that I had the chance to learn real cooking from a real chef! For months I eagerly awaited the launch of the Stella Culinary Site, and now it is finally here! Thank you so much, Jacob, for what you do! The new site is genius.
At the moment, I have more knowledge than experience, since I still live with my parents and they "rule" the kitchen. I have tried some things like sourdough bread, but as soon as I move out, I will get started in earnest! Can't wait!
