First i want to thank you for all you doing here...is a great way to help others to learn . I'am Costi..i was 12 years criminal lawyer and 13 months ago i have start a cooking school and i start practice in a restaurant in Bucharest , Romania . Afther 5 month wenn i finish school i give up my old career and start as a cook . Next 6 months i make real progres...and now afther 13 months from starting cooking school i will move close to Bristol UK as section chef . Only few days ago i discovered Stellaculinary and help me alot and for this i want to say thank you....i still have alot to learn..and this help me alot.
