It is 1.30am in Zürich, Switzerland, where we are visiting our younger daughter Nathalia, and our 3 grandsons.
Shall be brief on intros; my paternal family hails from Emilia Romagna and my Grandmom owned and operated a Trattoria fascinating me since I was very young, thus, the culinary arts, in another art, journalism. My maternal family is from Savoie, France, and we are presently living and committed professionally in Barcelona, the city of San Sebastián and Madrid Capital.
