My name is Melanie and I am a married woman from Manchester, NH. I have a 20 year old daughter who also enjoys cooking as well.
I have spent the last 14 years cooking in a variety of venues/kitchens from which I continue to have a strong passion for! I enjoy cooking up a big batch of smoking meats/grilling, Asian cuisines, creating marinades and spice rubs, love baking and cake decorating (wedding, dessert, special order, etc), thoroughly enjoy the labor of making fresh homemade pasta, and have found a sincere addiction to fruit/vegetable carving. Im unfortunately laid off from my most recent position due to a significant decrease of sales. Crossing my fingers that I will find work in a kitchen very soon. Meanwhile though, I continue to cook up a storm at home.
When Im not bombarding every cubic inch of space in the kitchen and kicking everyone out, I enjoy gaming, crafts, outdoor events with friends, and family movie nights with a big bowl of popcorn and fresh beer.
