Cast Iron: I love it!

I love my cast Iron cooking stuff.
I have been collecting it for many many years.  I have two dutch ovens 10" & 14", pop over pan, 6" 12" 14" skillets, a 12" chicken fryer, and I use them for the majority of my cooking.
I have my eye on a large roasting cast iron pan which will just barely fit in my oven only leaving about 1.5" all around.
The make the best egg dishes (I use the heat sink of thick cast iron to cook my eggs and they come out great especially the French toast and omlets.)  They are very easy to clean (just heat to smoking, spray with water and hit them with a scrub brush, reheat to dry add a little oil or butter with paper towel and ready for next cooking adventure.)
They last for ever and if you are car camping they are great (backpacking is a problem due to weight.)
