I didn't see a search function in this forum so I guess I'll just post a new topic.
Thanks to Stella Culinary content, I feel like I am improving quite a bit in most of my cooking skills and I can make a pretty good almost complete meal. The exception is dessert. The main problem is that I am not nearly as passionate about making desserts as I am about other types of foods. However, I'd like to be able to finish off a meal I've made with a decent dessert. Are there some easy to make desserts that adapt well to flavor additions but don't require me to learn specialized dessert techniques or buy specialized equipment?
