Dear Chef Burton,
I have just finished making your basic sourdough boule, and it turned out so amazing. It took my sourdough started about a 10 days to mature and get stable enough, but when doing the float test this morning and lo and behold it floated, I jumped in.
I watched your video numerous times and printed out the steps as well. I followed your instructions to a tee, didn't cheat at all, and what came out of the dutch oven was an amazing loaf of sourdough that I am going to share proudly with family and friends. I tried to copy and paste a picture of it so you and all could see that your video instruction works so well.

Looking forward to my next culinary challenge by following your amazing videos. I am just an aspiring home chef, and doubt I will ever work in a commercial kitchen. But that's okay, because what comes out of my kitchen these days (with your able assistance) actually exceeds the restaurants I go to. Now if only I could find somebody else to clean up my dishes.
