Hi, I am a newbie and I am very fortunate that I found this website. I have watched the video and podcast and I have learn a lot from this website thanks to Jacob.
I have a question regarding Baking Time And Temperature. From the Basic Baguette Video, a 330g baguette would required to bake at a temperature of 500F for 10 min then drop to 425F for 10 min, rotate and bake for another 10 - 15 min totaling about 30 min . I would like to know if I would to make a smaller dough like 50 or 100g, how should I adjust the Baking Time And Temperature? Should I bake at a lower temperature for about 30 min or should I bake at 500 & 425F for a shorter time? Or is there a formula to calculate time and temperature? Thank you.
