I remember Chef Jacob briefly talking about these inserts in podcast 19- 12 steps of bread baking. I don't see a topic or a comment in the podcast section, so I hope I'm not repeating it. Also, I don't know if this is the exact website that was mentioned, but I think it fits the bill.

I seriously want to try this. I had my first real wood-fired pizza at a local pizza place, and it completely obliterated my old poor college student mentality of a good pizza. I want to make it myself though I don't have the finances nor the space right now to have a dedicated pizza oven built, so this would be a nice alternative. I'm looking at some pictures, and to see the leoparding just makes me salivate with envy.
