I went to lunch with a lady friend the other day and she ordered a flat bread, thin crust pizza as an appetizer. I had a nibble on it and found it to be very tasty. So... I thought I need to figure how they made that pizza crust so thin and so tasty. It turns out it's a no yeast method of dough making. 1 cup of bread flour. 1/3 cup of water. 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix it into a tight ball and use a rolling pin to get it very flat. Put toppings on it and bake it at 450/500 degrees for 10/15 minutes. Pretty plain and simple. It takes less than an hour to make pizza. Who knew that was possible?
Because this was a test I bought the pizza sauce in a jar at the grocery store. Next time I'll make my own sauce.

I find its best to triple this recipe. Use your stand mixer to mix it. Then shape it on a floured counter top with a rolling pin. Make it as big and as thin of a rectangle shape as you can with the rolling pin and then cut it into 12" X 4" pieces with your pizza cutter. Move it onto a sheet pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Put your topping's on and put it into your preheat oven (450/500 degrees) and bake it for 10/15 minutes. When the crust is golden brown and crisp... It's done. Put it on a cooling rack for about 5 minutes and then chow down! . You might be able to do this in less time that it take some pizzerias to deliver you at home.
