I've learned a lot from the podcasts and am looking forward to seeing what you do with the new forum.
One thing I'd like to suggest is a discussion on making fried eggs. In particular, it would be nice to see a video on how to flip eggs. There are a few on youtube already, but everyone seems to be showing how well they do it rather than explaining it. I have a 7" pan with a curve to it, but for the life of me can't flip a pair of over-easy eggs consistently. Sometimes it accidentally works, but more often they go into the air and collapse back on themselves. So it would be great to have you teach how to do this.
