Hi Everyone - here from NJ
Just wanted to drop a quick note to say "Hi" to everyone here.  I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am to have found this site - it is EXACTLY what I have been looking for.  Chef Jacob - A very warm and hearty Thank You !

Hi, and welcome. This is a wonderful site. You'll find a lot of good information and instruction as well as very friendly advice. Chef Jacob is very knowledgable and is no just a professional but a passionate artist of his craft. Glad to have you with us.

I'm from Williamstown.  Where were you from ?

Foodie state - not in my area - lol.  Just sports bars - blah.  If I drive into Philadelphia, or towards the shore area then the food gets better.

CRAZY! I'm from Sicklerville. So you don't consider Taylor's Bar and Grill to be the apex of your culinary experience?? 

Seriously though, there are some really good places around here. Amazing how you can meet someone on the internet on a site with thousands of people that lives right down the road from you.

INSANE !  But very cool !  We will have to go eat something - or better yet - cook something ourselves!

Nah - Taylor's, I have a Rotary meeting there every week and I can't eat the food anymore.

Hi pmarek,  
   My brother lived in Williamstown for years!   I grew up in Ventnor, just south of AC, of course I never knew that the food we had in the local restaurants and on our table at home was exceptional, that is until I moved away to Boston.  The food scene there is a totally different animal, I love beantown, but they really need a good Deli!  ;)
